Ali Yıldız has become one of the founding members Lawyers Against Transnational Repression, an international working group that will advocate for reforms to protect the rights of people targeted by government requests disseminated via INTERPOL, as well as requests for extradition and mutual legal assistance. 

Lawyers Against Transnational Repression is founded by twelve attorneys in private practice from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, the United Kingdom and the United States with expertise in international extradition and INTERPOL matters. It will advocate for reforms and changes to laws, regulations, policies and practices to ensure that the rights of targeted individuals are always strictly observed.
